    CERTIFIED REFURBISHED - This IS a Refurbished Piece of Equipment that has had Every Port Thoroughly Tested and is guaranteed to work.  This will be re-tested prior to shipping because as I'm sure you're painfully aware, equipment can and will go bad occasionally while sitting in a warehouse.  While it is refurbished and we make every effort to make it as cosmetically appealing as possible, there will occasionally be scratches or other non operational affecting imperfections.
