For 5 (plus shipping) we will send you a loaner Superconsole 1000 to borrow and we will repair/refurbish your Superconsole 1000 (we include a prepaid shipping label for you to send us your broken console).
NOTE: The loaner Superconsole 1000 we send you must be returned to us after we send you back your repaired Superconsole 1000.
Your console will return to you with the following:

Freshly painted housing and keys.

New handset.

New handset cord.
•
New designation strips.
•
New line cord.
•
Two year warranty.
PLEASE NOTE:
For us to offer this service for such an affordable price, your console cannot have any major physical damage to the housing or display and cannot have severely burned up circuitry due to lightning or power surge.  Should your console exhibit any of these issues, surcharges might apply.  If this is a concern to you, we kindly ask that prior to placing your order you contact us to discuss your options and likelihood of any surcharges.
You may use our loaner Superconsole 1000 until you receive back your repaired console, then you must return the loaner to us within 10 days (we provide a prepaid label that you will use with the box that your repaired console arrives in).

Return Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction with any purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us, within 30 days of the delivery date (according to tracking information). A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you would like to return an item to iStream, please call or email us to request an RMA number. Returns not accompanied by an RMA number will not be processed. You must request an RMA number within 30 days upon delivery of your item (according to tracking information). You will have 15 days from the RMA number issuance for us to receive the returned item. Otherwise your return will not be processed.
You have the choice of requesting that your refund be processed as a credit memo, credit card refund, or check.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
This item(s) carries a two year guaranty against DOA and defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, damage caused by misapplication of use, physical damage, fire, flood, lightning or other acts of nature, accident or power surge.
