    Description

    This fine Moorcroft miniature vase decorated with pansies on both sides is a lovely example by this renowned English pottery.  The vase measures 2 1/2 inches high, 3 inches wide, and 2 inches at its mouth.  It has various identifying marks on the base which date the piece to between 1928 and 1949.
    The condition of the vase is very good, with no chips, cracks or repairs.  There is a little roughness to the base, with a bit of ceramic remaining from the original firing, but the vase sits evenly and this in no way distracts from the beauty of the piece.
