Well built, easy install. The door itself sometimes does not want to settle perfectly vertical, but not a big deal. Since our move to a new home, we needed something to allow our cats to visit the semi-outdoors of a screened-in lanai. It required platforms both outside and in, but with those in place, this does the trick, and they adapted quickly.

Went in great and it’s ok but I noticed there is a gap across the whole top of the swinging door like a strip of insulation should be there? Gonna be a problem in the winter for sure about 1/4 inch ! Will have to put something to fill it. Disappointing

Well built pet door, I call it a(windoor) was extremely easy to install in a window. Just lift the window, slide the sides out to make a tight fit and lower the window to it. We then put our cat in/out several times, to our screened in patio, to train him to use it. Our 12lb persian learned fast and now he comes and goes as he pleases. Well built and sturdy product.
