estate item, as shown - the cork gasket is damaged, you will want to replace it, the caliper shows the thread OD (no, I'm not including my favorite caliper with this).  it was new, but it has sat around for decades until my friend died, it was super dusty and a little gooey from the ages on a shelf, so I cleaned it up to take the photos.  please look at the photos and make your own assessment of condition.  Body and cap are aluminum, the ball chain retainer is brass.
