Think thos was used by Wisconsins Interstate highway commission on location at road construction jobs to weigh (cement?) additives?
Balance comes in a Wood Box marked, "State Highway Commission of Wisconsin Superior. Also marked, "Ohaus 20KG No. 21 HANDLE WITH CARE."
The scale with box weighs about 50lbs.
Box size is roughly 33.5 in x  8.75 in 12.5 in

I do not know when the scale was calibrated last. It is sold as-is, as found untested, however:
If you message me with specific questions about the scale or would like me to preform a more thorough test of its calibration, please do message me before you commit to an offer or purchase- If you ask, I will find time to do this for you and will respond promptly with my findings.
Otherwise I am saving myself time expecting the buyer knows scales better than I do.
Again I am selling the scale as-is with a term of sale being that the buyer agrees to take responsibility for any testing, calibration or restoration needed for the scale to function at full working efficiency.  At this time I have not tested the scale and am not aware if it is ready to use or requires any maintenance or parts. The photos I think are sufficient to see for yourself if the parts are all here. That only leaves its current calibration to question, which may or may not be a simple process to preform if needed. I've not yet done any research to learn the matter.
Please examine the photos to determine the condition.
Also note, When you open the box it has a moderate garage storage smell.
